Following Article 12 - Verification and certification of statements of support by the Member States of the REGULATION (EU) 2019/788 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 17 April 2019 on the European citizens' initiative, " Statements of support which have been collected online shall be submitted in accordance with an electronic schema made publicly available by the Commission."

Attached the electronicSchemabundle.zip in which the 3 following files:  

a) the electronic schema: oct-export.xsd

b) the property file for statement of support completed using the electronic form: properties.xml

c) the property file for statement of support completed using the electronic form: eidas_properties.xml

Note: This is still a draft proposal for the electronic schema definition that will be validated during the test campaign with Member States happening second semester 2019
