This set of document models developed by the Dirección General del Patrimonio del Estado (Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administration) has been the basis for the pre-award documents defined in CEN/BII and UBL 2.1. Previous works done in international projects such as UBL, IDABC XML schemas for eTendering and UN/CEFACT TBG6 have been taken into account
