Have you heard about the upcoming Interoperable Europe Act? The regulation aims to strengthen cross-border interoperability and cooperation in the public sector across the EU (European Union). Recently, in November 2023, the Council presidency and the European Parliament negotiators have reached a provisional agreement on the Act.
With its future approval and adoption being closer, what are, in your opinion, the implications of the Act for national/regional/local administrations in Europe? What tools would you like to see on Joinup to support the implementation of these requirements?
