Glossary

Any individual, group, or organisation that is involved in or affected by the development, implementation, or use of digital solutions and services. This can include public sector organisations, private sector entities, civil society groups, and individual citizens. Stakeholders may have varying levels of interest in Joinup initiatives and may be involved in different capacities such as users, developers, policymakers etc.
