Law 11/2007 of 22 June on electronic access of citizens to public services is twofold: first, to recognize the rights of citizens to interact with public administrations electronically; on the other, forcing AAPP to modernize to ensure those rights. This Law (art 6.b) requires each administration to facilitate other authorities concerned data that is required and it holds (provided that that person gives his consent) in order that the citizens should not provide information and documents that are held by the government. Electronic means shall be used to gather such information ; The art. 34 of the Act provides that the application of electronic management of procedures, processes and services shall be always preceded by an analysis of functional redesign and simplify the procedure, process or service, they are especially considered the removal or reducing the required documentation to citizens, by substituting data or data transmissions certifications, or regulation of its contribution to complete the processing ; Decree 68/2008 of 26 February on the contribution of photocopies of official identification documents and registration certificate in administrative procedures of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía is deleted and the electronic office for the practice set electronic notification (.
