As was announced last year, a proof-of-concept ELI implementation of the Flemish Legal Codex was completed, where information is published as Linked Open Data using the ELI ontology.
We are now happy to report that the production implementation has finished and that the SPARQL endpoint is live. In a nutshell, this means the Flemish Codex now offers the possibility to:
- exchange published legislative documents on a European level,
- use persistent links (URIs) for all published legal documents (including the different versions),
- perform complex search queries,
- publish and access the articles via a LOD SPARQL endpoint.
