EU Skills Profile Tool - Update 1 release note

In this update of the open source code of the EU Skills Profile Tool the following changes are added to the code (including all the changes to the Tool between version 2.1.0 and 2.4.0):

2.2.0

• Export the questionnaire / profile of the Tool as a Excel format
• Enhance user reporting of bugs/errors by adding a field including the reporters email 
• Fixing of several bugs

2.3.0

• The configuration page of the Tool includes the possibility to configure the visibility (displayed/hidden) of the questions of the form.
• Export and import features were added to make the configuration part reusable by saving the configured questions and / or sections
• Fixing of several bugs

2.4.0

• Several translations were added and improved
• Several parts of the questionnaire were enriched with new pictograms
• Fixing of several bugs
