Release 1.2 of the VIdP for the Glassfish 2 application server. This is an all-in-one package including a binary distribution for Glassfish and the source code (Maven project).

Main changes: correction of database scripts, support for Glassfish 2.1, upgrade of IAIK cryptography libraries, bundling of a preconfigured VIdP including MOA-ID and BKUOnline.
