Head of Sector (Digital) Building Blocks, DG for Informatics (DIGIT), European Commission Joao Rodrigues Frade is an Enterprise Architect with the European Commission, specialising in large Digital projects requiring interoperability. In the last 15 years, Joao has participated in the development, implementation, deployment and evolution of the most important Message Exchange Platforms of the European Union. He is currently heading the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Building Blocks sector in the Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT).
