Head of the Electronic Government Unit, Administrative Modernization Agency (AMA), Portugal Paulo Lobo has graduated in Agronomic Engineering by the Technical University of Lisbon, having post graduations in Geographical Information Systems, Public Management and Information Systems with focus on Enterprise Architecture. In 2004, he joined the Informatics Institute in Finance Ministry, where he collaborated in the implementation of the Public accounting system Software for Central Public Administration (RIGORe/GeRFiP). He works at the Administrative Modernisation Agency since 2010, first as Head of Unit for Interoperability, and currently as Head of Unit of Electronic Government. |
