The Common Administrative Registry offers a way to process citizens’ requests, notifications and documents addressed to the General Administration that are not included in the administrative procedures offered by the e-registries available in public administrations.
The Common Administrative Registry features a single general form to be associated with a department or unit in the General Administration. This department/unit shall be able to check the form in a web application and process it if it falls within its competences.
If the request/form does not fall within its competences, the department/unit in question should forward it to the right agency.
