The online collection signature uses the most user hostile solution that can be to verify that citizen that signs are real citizen: the dreaded captcha.
Using stork (assuming it can be legally be used as a proof of id) would probably be more user friendly.
Do you think it would be possible from a conceptual point of view to use your software to sig a european citizen initiative?
Is there a demo online?
And sorry to use issue for something that should be a discussion in a forum, but it seems I can't post in forums.

Dear Xavier,
The use of STORK in the context of ECI was explored and it is not completely ruled out. However, it is an issue for the future as at this moment only 11 EU countries (and Iceland) have a functioning connection to STORK. Should all the 27 member states have an eID solution and a gateway to STORK, your proposal would certainly be a viable solution.

Hi Xavier,
The signed pdf is a functionality which allows the citizen to communicate a change of address to the country he is citizen of, even though he's living abroad. The signature is produced by the authority in the country where the citizen lives. Of course, if the template is changed, it can be used for any similar objective.
But it's not meant to substitute a signature by the user. For producing digital signatures several public domain solutions exist; although you're right: they're not really user friendly
