1. En una Vista anadimos una capa como Localizador. Ok 2. Dentro de la ventana de Configurar localizador le damos a Editar leyenda. Se abre por detras la ventana de Simbologia pero no podemos darle el foco si no cerramos primero la ventana modal que tenemos abierta lo cual es poco operativo.

Here I have a feature request to change all that unconfortable behaviour: "localizador" can be a copy of a complete View. So all layers and simbology can be set just by selecting one of the available views. ;-)
The attached patch fix this issue
Finally i commited the attached patches. The patches introduced cosmetic changes, change the locator config dialog to modeless and introduce refactoring in FileOpenWizard. The refactoring is because there is not need for getting the mapControl from the View as it has been set previously in the caller classes. A comment has been added to advise the developer about this contract. The code related to locator can be removed if after launch the open layer dialog from the locator a refreshList() is called. As AddLayer.addLayers(MapControl) always returns false for files, the if must be removed. I've tested it only with shapes.
