New release tau-argus version…
A new release of tau-argus is available. See https://github.com/sdcTools/tauargus/releases Version 4.1.5 is provided as Windows binary. There is a version with and without a bundled 32-bit Java runtime. If you use the bundled version, tau-argus should automatically use the bundled jave runtime and by-pass any existing installed Java version, also in case of 64 bit Windows. The 22nd ITS World Congress took place in Bordeaux from 5-9 October, organised in collaboration by ERTICO (ITS Europe) and the European Commission. The Javascript libraries developed by US-based software company Sencha, published as open source using the GPLv3 free software licence, are available for redistribution using the EUPL. The company this Monday added the EUPL to its list of 'exceptions for applications', allowing others to distribute derivative works. The GPLv3 and the EUPL licences are not (yet) compatible.
