The LIFO European State of Play Report provides an assessment of the implementation of the European Union Location Framework (EULF) Blueprint recommendations across all participating European countries. An overall summary is given showing the LIFO Index scores, broken-down by focus area and highlighting overall strengths and weaknesses, for all countries. More detailed analysis is then provided for the recommendations and underlying indicators in each focus area. Where a country has participated in more than one LIFO data collection period, comparisons are provided to highlight progress between the different data collection periods. Evidence is documented to support the results and selected ‘best practices’ are highlighted to showcase examples across all aspects of the Blueprint.
