Head of the Programme Office, e-Government, Switzerland Cédric Roy is head of the programme office E-Government Switzerland. He holds a Master in Applied Computer Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). Since 2016, he is in charge of the implementation of the eGovernment Strategy Switzerland, which has been defined and adopted by the Swiss Confederation in cooperation with the cantons and communes. He finances and coordinates the development of strategic projects and services and has managed in the last 10 years technical and organizational projects for a cantonal administration. He also owned and ran for 10 years a software development company.
