Deputy Head of ISA Unit, DG for Informatics Konstantinos Bovalis is the deputy head of the ISA unit in the Directorate General for Informatics of the European Commission. His interests include program and project management, implementation of EU law through IT, telecommunications, IT systems development, data semantic technologies. Konstantinos started his career in 1993 in the IT private sector and worked for 9 years in the University of Athens as a telecom expert. He joined the Commission in 2004. Konstantinos received an MSc in telecommunications and an MSc in management and economics of telecommunication networks from the University of Athens, Greece.
