Are you interested in learning more about data-driven innovation in the public sector?
Well mark your calendars and stay tuned: we have an exciting event hosted by DIGIT in collaboration with KNIME that will bring together innovators and leaders to explore the latest applications and best practices in the public sector.
For the ones that are not familiar with KNIME, it is an open-source analytics platform used by thousands of data experts around the world to harness the full potential of their data. User-friendly, versatile and community oriented, KNIME is one of BDTI’s components which can be used for a wide range of data-related tasks from data analytics to workflow automation passing by text mining and natural language processing.
What can you expect?
Organized over the course of two days, this event is a great opportunity to understand how data science can be used as a tool to address an array of issues in the public sector. During the first day, you will be able to attend presentations from various Directorates General (DGs) and EU institutions, as well as a panel discussion by data science leaders at the European Commission. The CEO of KNIME, Michael Berthold, will also be here to share his vision on how data science can be leveraged to drive business success. During the second day, you will have the chance to follow workshops and training on KNIME software for beginners and experts.
