Konstantina Kyriakopoulou

Konstantina Kyriakopoulou is a Consultant with Trasys International, currently involved in a variety of European projects including the Interoperability Academy and the National Interoperability Framework Observatory (NIFO).

Before joining Trasys, Konstantina has worked in a portfolio of eGovernance projects within the British Government focusing on the digital transformation of public administrations.

As a Senior Consultant working between Sopra Steria, UK and the Home Office, UK Gov, Konstantina led the user research initiatives for the modernisation of the UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services (UKVCAS). Prior to that, as a Policy Consultant for the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, UK Gov, she supported the design and implementation of the largest national energy survey in order to update the national energy calculations and policies (EFUS2017).

Konstantina has also gained in-depth experience in eliciting user insights to improve system design and technology uptake through her work experience as a Research Associate at Loughborough University, UK.

Konstantina holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bolton, UK and an M.Sc. in Neuroscience, Language and Communication, UCL, UK. She is a Chartered Psychologist and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
