Our event 2024

Register for the "Interoperable Europe Academy 2024"!

The Directorate General for Digital Services (DIGIT) and KU Leuven are happy to announce the Interoperable Europe Academy 2024 that will take place on the 11th and 12th of April 2024 at KU Leuven in hybrid mode.

This two-day event will include discussions about the new Interoperable Europe Act and the changes it will bring. Lectures, workshops and panels will provide participants with practical and theoretical insights on interoperability enablers, like the European Interoperability Framework,  interoperability assessments and the overarching interoperability governance. The practical aspect will focus on interoperability deliverables such as Data Spaces and Smart Cities as well as the use of emerging technologies like AI in public administrations.

We invite all public servants, from local to European level, as well as private sector, academics, students and others interested to participate in our event!
