Pavlina Fragkou is the Project Manager at the European Commission’s (EC) Interoperability Unit. As such, she participates in the definition, development and implementation of policies and actions under the Interoperable Europe Programme. She is a Seconded National Expert. She has 11 years of experience as an IT project manager in Greek Public Administrations supervising the design, implementation, and daily operation of national level information systems. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Crete in Greece, a Master Degree in in Computer Science from the University of Versailles, Paris, France and a Phd Degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Thessaloniki in Greece in Machine Learning and Computational Linguistics.
