The monitoring report is the 10th step for the responsible adoption of DTs in PAs and the first one related to the evaluation of activities to be carried out once the DT has been applied. It is a data-based analysis of the implementation of a given DT in the public sector related to the KPIs previously defined.
The report is expected to be produced every trimester, which will provide PAs with an overview about the citizen responsiveness to the DT-based application, the monitoring of the fulfillment of risks scenarios and achievement of their mitigation plans, and if the related costs for the implementation are following the results from the TD-ABC analysis.
The monitoring shall be presented as a regular progress report, as it is to be carried out in a very short term. As it is a data-based document, at this stage stakeholders are not necessarily consulted for feedback.
