To be able to attend the SEMIC conference, you will need to complete both REGISTRATION and ACCREDITATION, a two-step process required for security reasons by the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
For completing your registration, you need an EU Login account (you can create it during the registration process).
During the registration process, you should receive the following emails:
- Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your registration.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration within 10 working days.
The registration will be closed on 7 October 2019.
As part of the registration process, accreditation is required by the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the EU.
Following the confirmation of your registration, you will receive an e-mail including the link to the accreditation and practical instructions for filling in the accreditation form.
You can book your hotel accomodation via the accreditation system. The Presidency has pre-booked accommodation for the meeting participants at the Hotel Scandic Park. Your hotel booking will be confirmed by e-mail upon your accreditation.
Please note that the deadline for accommodation reservations is 20 September 2019. After the deadline, room reservation is non-refundable.
