From the discussions which took place during the workshop in Sofia, the ISA² Programme of the European Commission has continued working on different activities including a generic list of public services, a chatbot pilot, a new version of the CPSV-AP (2.2) and other related work.

In this context, on 10 September 2018 from 10:30 to 12:30, a third webinar of the ISA² Action "Catalogue of public services" will take place. This webinar will represent a good opportunity for you to:

• Discuss the results from the analysis of the generic list of public services; 
• Get an overview of all pilot activities, with a particular focus on the outcomes from the chatbot pilot;
• Interact with the other Working Group members by presenting your key achievements related to the activities of the ISA² Action "Catalogue of Services"; and
• Discuss potential next steps.
