The Dutch database for address and buildings (BAG: Basisregistratie voor Adressen en Gebouwen) contains data about all existing addresses and buildings in the Netherlands. The database for the value of real-estate (WOZ: Waarde Onroerende Zaken) registers the value of real-estate in the Netherlands, among which the value of buildings.
This means that both databases contain information about buildings but they use different identifiers and the addresses are sometimes written differently. From now on, the address, building and value information from both databases are unambiguously linked to eachother, which will contribute to an effective eGovernment service level.
