Public administrations are striving hard to have state of the art ICT systems supporting efficient services. Within the European Union, we travel, study and do business across countries. Therefore there is a need for common and interoperable e-Government solutions in Europe. ISA – the Interoperability Solutions for European Public Administrations programme – addresses this need by facilitating efficient and effective cross-border electronic collaboration between European public administrations.
