Senior Manager Data and Analytics, PwC Nikolaos Loutas is coordinating Data & Analytics at PwC’s Technology Consulting practice in Belgium. He is advising clients on how to do away with long standing data integration and interoperability challenges that will improve their internal processes and the services that they provide. He is mainly involved and leading projects in the broader field of information management, particularly on (big) data governance, management, semantic interoperability and analytics. Nikolaos holds a PhD on improving service provision through the use of customer-centric semantic service models, which focused on modelling and analysing customers’ feedback and expectations to improve services provided by the public and the private sector.
