The Digital-ready Policymaking team is looking for speakers for the next BLSI Virtual Breakfast dedicated to multidisciplinary teams. As a speaker, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Share your experiences and insights on working in multidisciplinary teams
- Provide practical advice and lessons learnt from your work
- Showcase your expertise in the field
- Engage with a diverse audience of professionals and experts
We're looking for speakers who can address one or more topics such as:
- How to build a multidisciplinary team?
- The benefits and challenges of multidisciplinary teams in policy drafting
- Effective communication and collaboration strategies
- Managing conflicting perspectives and priorities
- Building trust and ownership among team members
- The role of science and evidence in policymaking
- Case studies and real-world examples of successful multidisciplinary teams
