The Building Energy Mapping and Analytics Concept Development Study (BEMA-CDS) - a joint initiative of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) and Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) - will scope the current state of development of energy mapping and analytics.

Building energy mapping and analytics are recognized as critical for geo-targeting energy policies to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon built environment and economy.

After a world wide call for information, a series of three Webinars took place on 16, 25 and 26 of June to summarize and discuss the findings.

The ELISE Energy and Location Applications were presented by Prof. Dr. Volker Coors, HFT Stuttgart (one of the partners of the non-monetary multilateral Collaboration Agreement with JRC) as one of five lightning talks during the Webinar held on 25 of June.
