Description: The CAMSS Assessments Library is a catalogue of the assessments produced through the use of the CAMSS Tools. Each assessment constitutes a CAMSS solution and is fully reusable.

CAMSS Assessments library implements the following recommendations as explained below:

Recommendation 4  | Principle 2: Openness
The CAMSS library gives access to existing assessments of technical specifications produced through the use of the CAMSS Tools. This can facilitate the selection of open specifications. 

Recommendation 7  | Principle 4: Reusability
The CAMSS library gives access to existing assessments of technical specifications produced through the use of the CAMSS Tools. Each assessment is reusable partially or as a whole by the users.

Recommendation 8  | Principle 5: Technological neutrality
As the CAMSS library provides a list of different technological specifications, it helps public administrations to choose solutions that would not be restrictive. 

Recommendation 21  | Interoperability Layer: Interoperability governance
As the library provides an assessment of existing technical specifications, it gives the chance to select relevant standards or specifications, as well as evaluate them.

Recommendation 22  | Interoperability layer: Interoperability governance
By using common assessment method for standards and technical specifications (CAMSS) for each technical specification, the library provides access to a structured, transparent, objective and common approach to assessing and selecting standards and specifications.

Being a list of assessments, the library acts as a catalogue of technical specifications.
