The Semantic Interoperability Community (SEMIC) action of the ISA2 programme invites you to its webinar on “CCCEV evolution: past, present and future” taking place on the 25 June 2019 10:00-11:30 CEST (GMT+2).
The Core Criterion and Core Evidence Vocabulary (CCCEV) has been developed as part of the e-Government Core Vocabularies solution under the ISA² Programme. The CCCEV supports the exchange of information between organisations that define criteria and organisations that respond to these criteria by means of evidences.
The webinar will present the evolution of CCCEV and gives an outlook on future changes. You will discover practical examples of how CCCEV is used by public administrations in Europe and the value it can bring to your organisation. Designed in an interactive way, the webinar gives you the opportunity to discuss with our e-Government Core Vocabularies experts and to share your experience with CCCEV!

SpeakersEnric Staromiejskieveris expert working for the European Commission in eGovernment and Interoperability-related matters Enric Staromiejski is an everis employee working for the European Commission in eGovernment and Interoperability-related matters (in the domains of eProcurement, Records Management, eLearning, Registries, other). He has been involved in the development, normalisation and standardisation of Business Processes, Data Models, Vocabularies and Ontologies for different EU Institutions and Member State Public Administrations since 2000.
Natalie MuricPublic procurement data standardisation coordinator, Publications Office of the European Union Natalie Muric manages the Ontology Project at the Publications Office of the European Union. She has worked at the Publications Office for nearly 20 years and before that at the European Commission’s Directorate General Agriculture and Rural Development as well as Directorate General Employment and Social Affairs. Having worked as procurement officer, Natalie now coordinates the standardisation of public procurement data within the Publications Office. Natalie’s responsibilities include managing the eProcurement ontology project, which is funded by the ISA2 programme. The eProcurement ontology will provide a conceptual data model of the data relations across the procurement life cycle forming an important backbone when conceptualising platforms, systems and data exchange. The online services of the Publications Office include EUR-Lex which provides free access to European Law; the EU Open Data Portal, a single point of access to data from institutions and other bodies of the European; and TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) which publishes around 2100 public procurement notices daily from across Europe.
Sven LieberPhD researcher, IDLab – imec research group, Ghent University (Belgium) Sven Lieber graduated from the University of Freiburg, Germany in 2016 as Master of Science. After graduation he joined the IDLab research group of Ghent University – imec in Belgium as full-time researcher, where he is currently pursuing his PhD. His research focuses on the semantic description of provenance workflows and their privacy-related constraints. Related to his research, Sven investigates novel engineering methodologies for ontologies and lightweight vocabularies. Sven has been involved in several national projects such as FAST, aiming to improve the customer journey when interacting with public services, or LEAPS, concerning adaptive learning algorithms for educational apps. He is the author and co-author of several peer-reviewed publications presented at prominent conferences such as ISWC, ESWC and the ACM Conference of Web Science.
Joeri RobbrechtPolicy Analyst, Directorate-General for Environment, European Commission Joeri Robbrecht has over a decade of political and technical experience on the implementation of Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE) – both at the regional implementation level in Belgium and as DG ENV Commission official working on INSPIRE and related policy issues. He has been active in the field of geographic information for more than twenty years and joined the Directorate General Environment of the European Commission in 2015. He contributes to initiatives and activities for the improvement of the implementation of environmental legislation and by promoting a more effective use of environmental information. He is also responsible for policy development, evaluation and consultation related to the INSPIRE Directive and horizontally supports policy units of DG Environment on spatial data management and reporting flows in line with the eReporting process envisaged in the Better Regulation Fitness Check on environmental monitoring and reporting. |
