Programme Officer of the Information Management Programme at the European Food Safety Authority

Guido Zunino is presently Programme Officer of the Information Management Programme at the European Food Safety Authority. Within the programme, he is managing the Information Governance Project.
He has been a project manager and IT business analyst for the European Food Safety Authority (2007-2015). He has managed several projects in the area of Finance, HR, web reporting, interoperability, and information management in general.

From 2002 to 2007 he worked for Aitek S.p.A, first as software engineer, then as project manager Responsible of a portfolio of several projects: Audio and video streaming and broadcasting over   IP,   Embedded   Systems,   Image   Analysis   Systems,   License   Plate   Recognition Software and Intelligent Video Surveillance Systems.

He got a licentiate degree in 2002 in Robotics and Autonomous System at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and graduated in 1999 as a electrical engineer at the University of Genoa, in Italy.
