Speakers:
Min Tang is a professor of International Management at the University of Applied Management, Germany. She is a member of Division 10 “Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity and Arts” of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the jury of the International Exhibition for Ideas, Invention, and Innovation (iENA). Since September 2023 she also serves the board of the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation (ISSCI). Prof. Tang pioneered the VICTORY Model, harnessing the power of interdisciplinary and intercultural teams for achieving innovative goals. Her research focuses on creativity systems, inventive processes, team creativity, management of creativity and innovation, human-AI cocreation, and cross-cultural studies.
Athanasios Karalopoulos works as a team leader at the European Commission, in the "Digital transformation of industry" Unit of the Directorate General for "Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs" (DG GROW). He has a special focus on digitalization as an enabler to the functioning of the Single Market. Mr. Karalopoulos joined the Commission in 2013 and has been involved in many EU initiatives in data (including research data) and interoperability.
Thomas Guillet has a master's degree in computational finance. He worked in France, the UK and Australia. Since 2017, he contributes to the national and local governments in France, deploying rules as code and lean startup approaches to deliver better public services.
