The Location Interoperability Framework Observatory (LIFO) monitors the implementation of location interoperability good practices in European public administrations, based on the level of adoption of recommendations in the five focus areas of the European Union Location Framework (EULF) Blueprint.
This report contains an assessment of the LIFO national user survey process to determine what improvements are needed. For this assessment 4 countries -Czech Republic, Italy, Norway and Slovenia- examined the LIFO process and outputs as a structured "case study" covering:
Based on the finding of these case studies, the report provides recommendations concerning the five dimensions investigated and described above. These recommendations addresses the entities that could initiate the suggested actions.
