Public Service
A service intended to serve all members of a community. It is commissioned by the public sector or delegated/taken up/delivered by others and is a solution that serves a purpose for its stakeholders.
The taxonomy “European taxonomy for public services” developed by ISA2 will inform the project’s activities. According to this taxonomy, public services can be defined as a combination of themes (e.g., Education, Health Care) and patterns (e.g., Information, Financing, Production).
