Location Intelligence for Cities and Regions: preparing the ground for smart places of the future

Local and regional governments play a crucial role in tackling major societal challenges and improving the quality of life of citizens and communities. They interact and support citizens during many key life events. In doing this, they are increasingly dependent on location data and location intelligence, which help them to better understand and proactively respond to the needs of citizens and improve their decision-making and public service delivery processes.
