Guidelines for users and developers

The EUPL Guidelines where updated in September 2021 in consideration of the EUPL-1.2. This last version provides an introduction to open source licensing, the various licence models and the specificities of the EUPL.

The new version above is presented in English only. The previous multilingual version, made for the EUPL-1.1 is globally still valid for the EUPL v1.2 (2017), provide "1.1" is replaced by "1.2" and the extended list of compatible licences (EUPL v1.2 appendix) is considered.
