Digital Government Factsheets - 2019

On this page, you will find the Digital Government factsheets of 2019, together with their related infographics.

They represent the most recent developments that the public administrations of 36 European countries have undergone in 2018 and at the beginning of 2019 in the field of digital government and interoperability. Additionally, a dedicated factsheet for the EU which focuses on all the matters related to digital public administration and interoperability at the European Union level is also available.

The 2019 edition of the factsheets provides more streamlined information on the legal frameworks, strategies and infrastructures in place to support the Digital Government activities in each country. This has been done to reflect the ongoing paradigm shift from the concept of eGovernment to the broader one of Digital Government.
