The European Commission will also present the Sharing and Reuse of IT Solutions Framework, a set of recommendations developed under the Sharing and Reuse action of ISA² Programme providing guidance to help public administrations share or reuse IT solutions.

Opening

The conference will be opened by the Portuguese Minister of the Presidency and of Administrative Modernisation, Maria Manuel Leitão Marques, together with the Director-General of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT), Gertrud Ingestad, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Administrative Modernization Agency (AMA), Pedro Manuel Francisco da Silva Dias.
