Digital Public Administration factsheets - 2020

Additionally, a dedicated factsheet for the EU which focuses on all the matters related to digital public administration and interoperability at the European Union level is also available.

This year's factsheets are shorter and more user-friendly compared to previous editions. Additionally, there is a stronger emphasis on the European Interoperability Framework implementation, with a dedicated section in Chapter 1.
